It's essential that you have considered fencing prior to the construction of your pool, as it's a legal requirement in Australia. In fact, we can't fill your pool until the fencing and any surrounding boundary fences comply with industry regulations. Good news is that we can fence your pool for you!
The minimum height for pool fencing is 1200mm from any ground surface, such as the lawn or decking. The standard has been based on the average 5 year old child, who will be unable to climb over something of this height. We can, of course, build a higher fence if desired.
If your pool is being constructed near an existing boundary fence, it may need to be modified to ensure that it complies.
Pool fencing can be constructed using a variety of durable and attractive materials, including aluminium, glass, steel and wire. It is important that you choose a material that complements your landscape (perhaps it has been used elsewhere) and that will be able to withstand the wear and tear experienced by your property.
More often than not, we can have your fencing completed in around 2 days after materials have arrived. Larger or more complex projects may take a little longer to complete.
Baden Pools can provide pool fencing to all areas of Melbourne, including: Beaumaris, Sandringham, Brighton, Black Rock, Mt Martha, Mt Eliza, Hampton, Portsea, Malvern, Balnarring, Mornington Peninsula and Blairgowrie
